Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 2–5 business days
- NZ/Australia: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be longer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bangtanfinds.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
